Most of us have or are close to having a vitamin D deficiency. We are cooped up in our offices, schools and homes all day and rarely get any sun, so we don't get enough vitamin D.
I like that these are not filled with other nutrients, it is simply vitamin D. The gel cap is incredibly easy to swallow and doesn't have a weird taste. These are exactly what I need and will repurchase when I run out.
