Some people say yes some say no.. (I think it depends on your app and monitor from what I have read) I havent tried it.. I do know it only has HDMI output for a monitor so your monitor at least has to have HDMI for it to even possibly work without any adapters

It has an HDMI port, but the computer may not be powerful enough to give you great performance. I haven't looked at the display options for this device.

What D said. I have hooked it up to my tv via HDMI but had never done dual monitor before so I looked it up on google. all I had to do was drag the window I wanted on tv all the way to the right of the screen and it continued dragging to the tv! I was able to stream the Sony E3 presentation without any hiccups while surfing on the chromebook screen!

No idea. There are enough ports but the OS does not match Windows. Try calling Samsung. They do answer the phone but they don't always get the answer right.
