This video is about 10 minutes long with no new exercises for pregnant women. Your midwife or birthcoach would give you the same thing.

Paid money for nothing cause this dvd won't play in any of my 5 different players. Every one of them shows that there is nothing there. Blank disc? Useless purchase.
