Like most people who are new to packing cubes, I had no idea how useful they would be. I would use the plastic zippered bags for cosmetics, and other small essentials. My clothes, though well packed, I thought, would be all over the suitcase after a few days. Now I can pack my clothing in any number of ways. A day by day set of clothing, or all of my blouses/shirts together, pants together and so on. Whatever is most convenient for you

Packing cubes allow the ability to compartmentalize clothing as you see fit. Clothes seem to expand in volume over time when packed in a bag. I've never been able to pack a bag as well as I have prior to using packing cubes. The ability to make a combination of clothing arrangements, assists in finding the right article of clothing much more quickly.

The real benefit of packing cubes is the compression ability of the cubes. 3 of these medium cubes fit in my suitcase, easily. At the end of the trip, it is so nice to find my pajamas and cosmetics case easily, to get ready for bed after a long day of traveling.

Recommended. prisrob 11-22-13

I bought 1 set and am planning to buy another set. It can organize your travel bag very easily and it can be fitted into a cabin bag 22". I used cubes for my 4 days traveling, it can store/hold in each cube a 6 pants, 6 sets of socks, 2 gloves and 2 thermals. . Also I used it for "backup cloths" in car, I put a Jens, Polo Shirt, pant, socks, shirt, pullover and small hygiene components bag. The secret is its light weight and thin material. Am sure that there are much more things you can use it for.

Started using cubes for packing several years ago and you can't beat them. Bought the medium and small sizes of these eBags and they are perfect. Durable, light material with sturdy zippers and the mesh helps remind you what you packed in that cube, course I also use colour coding. I find the medium and small size eBags are the most useful sizes -- I use the medium ones for larger or bulky clothes (pants, shorts, sweaters, etc.) and the small size ones for tees, socks, panties, scarves, and just about everything else. I have some of the long narrow ones too and they are good for accessories. My go to luggage are roller duffel bags -- I have a large one and a carry-on size. Using packing cubes makes packing and unpacking so much quicker and it's way easier to stay organized, even live out of your suitcase. If I unpack, I just transfer the cubes into the drawers or cupboards. Works great too when you have to share luggage or storage space. My order came fast as usual. Thanks, Amazon!

These work well. I use them in combo with the fabric envelops and my clothes come out unwrinkled and I have no problem finding anything!

Bought these with a 3pc set (small, medium and large bags), after reading reviews on Amazon about how to best combine the various sizes and how useful each was and for what.

I was new to rolling and Packing Cubes, so I may not have put them to optimal use, but I did not find them to be all that helpful, especially not in the larger sizes. I can see how a couple medium and small bags would make carry-on packing a little more efficient, but short of that this concept is lost on me.

Quality of the product seems good, though I doubt I'll use them enough to really know. I'm not sold on the design though, as the material doesn't seem to allow clothes to breath (except the mesh portions), so they start to take the smell of the bag.

These are great for keeping clothes together when you have to pack and unpack often. I was on a 10 day trip, and was switching hotels 5 times, so I used these to organize my clothes (warm clothes, workout wear, short/t-shirts, etc). It was great. I could just open the cold weather bag on rainy days, and just open the shorts bag on hot days. It made re-packing every other day a breeze since the clothes were already folded and easily re-stackable.

I didn't give these 5- stars because they don't condense the clothes at all, which some of the other brands do.

Notably, as far as size, I ordered the large and medium not realizing which would work better in a carry-on size bag. The large eBags took up nearly the full length and width of the suitcase. For the medium, I could place 2 side by side for each "layer" of bags. I preferred the smaller of the two sizes, since they weren't really that small. As a female on the small to medium side, I didn't have to fold the clothes too much to make them fit in the bags (which was my initial concern when ordering).

I bought the mixed-size set with vague notions of organizing my bags, and they work better than I'd hoped.

I pack one day's clothes in each medium cube: pants, polo shirt, underwear, socks, and have a bit of room left over. I use a small cube for light clothing sets (same as previous, but shorts instead of pants).

My carry-on is a medium duffel bag, which handily carries a full day's clothes, a light clothing set for sleeping (mesh exercise shorts and a t-shirt), my toiletry bag, with about half the bag left for whatever else I might want to carry on. The medium cubes fits horizontally perfectly, the small fits cross-wise. A Maxpedition Tactical Toiletry Kit (although I'm not sure what makes it tactical aside from the manufacturer) is very close to the size of a small packing cube; I will probably get one so that it stacks better than my old-style toiletry bag in the duffel.

My suitcase is packed much the same, just with more cubes.

The great part about this is that it's easy to pull just one set of clothes out if you're switching hotels or otherwise on the move. Also, I repack the worn clothes and lay those cubes face-down; that tells me clean (face-up) or dirty, as well as providing a bit of a barrier (in case of being sweaty or something).

The only downside is they do feel kinda flimsy, and have small zippers. These wouldn't take well, I think, to being overstuffed. Given my one day per cube packing, though, I just don't see it being an issue.

all of the reviews are correct, these make packing much easier and more organized.
2 features not mentioned very often though are:
TSA/airports: if they have to inspect you bag the cubes make it easier and faster. They cn see your clothes without touching them, and repacking the bag is a snap.
Unpacking: if you're going to be in a hotel for a couple of day just takes the cubes and place them in the dresser, organized and again, who knows how clean the drawers are?
I'fe found the best use of cubes is to roll your clothes, takes up less spasce and prevents wrinkles.

We have used these over and over again on various trips and our family and friends are now hooked on them as well. No longer do I feel like our suitcase threw up on our second day of travel. Bags hold soo many items due to their elasticity. They work so well that my boyfriend and I now use one suitcase for the both of us and keep our items seperate using these bags.

Cubes are the perfect way to pack. They keep everything folded nicely and easy to get. I have several brands and like the Eagle Creek the best, but these are good, too. The fabric in these seems to be a bit lighter weight (less substantial) than that used in the Eagle Creek ones so I gave these a 4 rather than a 5. But I know these will be fine.
