This was my second set of packing cubes - my fiance stole my first set because they are so useful. When traveling, they keep everything separate and can do double duty as laundry bags on the way back. When not traveling, I use them as a sweater box. Very useful.

These are great packing cubes. I purchased the grasshopper color to compliment my Eagle Creek packing cubes. The material and the dimensions are slightly different than the Eagle Creek but I use both interchangeably. The mesh is great for both seeing whats in the cube and breathability. I recommend packing cubes to anyone using carry on luggage and/or wanting to be organized. I use the medium sized cube packed in an Osprey Backpack for an entire weekend away. Handles a 2 dresses, 2 capris,4 shirts, bathing suit and cover-up, underwear, swimsuit with room to spare.

I was hesitant about the usefulness of these cubes (or packing cubes in general), but they really did make packing easier and more efficient. The eBags ones are made of thin material--light but durable, with high-quality zippers that haven't even threatened to jam yet.

- As a well-seasoned traveler of many years, I first started using the Luggage packing solutions by eagle and others. Last year, I bought some eBags packing cubes as a Christmas present for one of my friends, and they had nothing but accolades to say about them. So this year, I updated my entire travel luggage, so to meet and surpass the airlines restrictions, as well, as to curtail the runaway airline extra luggage fee's; by organizing my wardrobe to "fit" into a couple of carry-on's. These packing cubes have allowed me to accomplish just that, especially for short trips that don't last longer than 9 to 12 days. Of course, if I'm staying somewhere for a month or two, I use my largest-sized suitcase, that gets checked-in, plus a carry-on and a backpack. I really do like eBags, and have scored a few fantastic leather pieces of travel gear and rugged brand name luggage, as they sometimes have better deals than on this site, just FYI.

Highlights - Relative inexpensive, durable, easy to clean & maintain! What's Not To Like!

* With the Mesh top panel for easy identification of contents, just in case, the TSA screeners want to search thorough your luggage.
* Also they can pull or search your clothes, without trashing them, hence, they stay nice & neat!
* So Much Easier now to Unpack/Repack at the Hotel or Resort or Vacation Home suite.
* My new Carry-on luggage also came with a couple of Zip Bags, one large, one medium size, that has added more Options.
* Strongly Recommend that you purchase the Wire Locks (easier to put on/remove by you or the TSA). And let them know that you have their "approved" luggage locks, before you walk away, so you don't get called back to open your luggage later, I don't know why some people traveling in late 2010, just aren't paying attention to these little details, that can save them a whole lot of hassle, at the airport. Thought this might be another gimmick.
Tried it because I was packing a duffel for a sailing trip.
This actually worked a lot better than I thought.
Takes up no space. Took the clothes out of the bag and left them in the cubes.
Different size cubes worked best for me.

I ordered a set of these for my oldest son who does a lot of traveling for business, after I bought a set for travel. Haven't heard how he is enjoying them, but I think they are great. At first, I wondered why anyone would need something like these, but they really do help keep things organized better. Additionally, it helps keep everything in place in the suitcase instead of all compacting at the bottom.

Ok lets start off with the fact that eBags shipped this item on a lightening bolt! They were scheduled to arrive between the 14th and 17th of February and they arrived on the 10th. WOW

Now to the product...
They came packaged nicely, each cube inside the other. The zippers appear sturdy and the color (I chose Grasshopper) is vibrant, they look better than the picture.

Size, The items are the perfect size for an international carry-on (21") The "Large bag fits exactly in the bag so it appears that the items will be nice and snug and not shift around in transit. The medium bag is perfect for dress shirts and will hold about 4 - 5 shirts nicely.

The small bag is more for undergarments but also will hold a small pair of shoes.

Overall.... Very Satisfied.

What a fantastic product.
I brought these to travel around USA / Latin America with and keep my 65L backpack organised. It was the best investment ever made.
I ended up uing them as a make shift wardrobe under my bed at a long stay accomodation with no storage space, so i didnt have to keep openening and closing my backpack, but nothing every went a-stray.

Since my purchase I have recommended them to everyone I know who is travelling soon or a frequest traveller. also make a GREAT farewell present for that person going away, but doesnt need more crap to lug with them. This is so useful!

I did find the large bags to be HUGE and mainly utilise the smallest bags, with the middle bag for larger items.

I don't know who came up with this idea but that person should get a Nobel Prize. My friend and I bought them for our month-long backpacking trip to India and they were a livesaver. No little odds and ends floating around your bag and you always know where everything is.

Packing a family bag had been always an awful thing to do, all the clothes get mixed together, this was until I got to know about those great cubes, they are very practical and helpful, you can also mix colors to easy recognize every persons stuff, the only down side I found about them that they are a little pricy.. but though it's highly recommended for families that like to take a minimum number of baggage.
