The sport utility vehicle of laptop bags, March 1, 2009
This bag is awesomely cool on many levels. I carry two 15.4" laptops (Dell Latitude D830) in it - one in the cleverly-designed side pocket, and one in the main cargo hold. I had to initially stretch out the side pocket to accommodate one of the laptops, but that problem resolved itself in short order.
The eBags Router is much more solidly constructed than my previous bag. The top handle can support the weight of my cargo without feeling like it's going to come off in my hand. Also, the storage pockets and straps zip up and disappear when not in use, giving the bag a sleek and well-organized look. Finally, the wheels are quiet, allowing me to sneak up on my unsuspecting cow-orkers; my previous bag announced my presence from a distance of several cubicle rows. 8^)

Wheeled laptop backpack, June 25, 2010
I purchased this to use work work as both a laptop carrier and a briefcase. I travel extensively (by air) so needed something that was easy to handle.
The bag is sturdy and has several pockets, each one larger than the other. The laptop is stored in a padded pocket that is accessed from the side of the bag - very convenient.
The handle telescopes to a good height and the bag wheels in a straight direction. It's taller than most laptop bags so even filling it up does not give that FAT look
that many wheeled computer bags have. It also fit well into the overhead compartment on the plane. The zippers are sturdy. I have been using this for about a year now and it's still in great shape.
I would highly recommend this bag.

Excellent bag!, June 15, 2009
I bought this bag to take to conferences. With the design of the pockets, it was very convenient to access my laptop, computer cables, etc., both on the airplane and at the conference location. Everything works very well, as it rolls smoothly and the zippers seem very sturdily constructed.
The only "drawbacks" that I have found are: (1) the handle retracts at the slightest touch of the retract button. Not a huge concern (I might just be used to my other wheeled bag). (2) If worn as a backpack and I have to place it on the ground, I have to hold the bag and zip up the back flap before placing it down (so the inside of the flap doesn't get dirty). Again, not a huge concern, but this is better than most wheeled backpacks because the shoulder straps are fixed in place (that is, they are not the kind that unfasten when going from backpack to wheeled case). (3) The top handle is more or less just fabric. It would be nicer to have one that is solid (like hard rubber). Still, I don't see these drawbacks as serious in the least. Though a "large" backpack, it fits in both international and domestic overhead bins, so I don't see why this backpack wouldn't be perfect choice for anyone.
