If one has the discipline the on-line eDiets plan works! No matter what one's normal eating habits are and no matter whether one cooks from recipes, uses prepared foods or eats out, the eDiets' plans work.

Historically the one failing of the eDiets weight loss program was that it was only available on-line. To now have a tiny pocket guide unshackles me from my PC and will make it a lot easier to keep me on the straight and narrow. This is just what the doctor ordered. Now if they would only publish an eFit pocket guide as a companion piece I would probably live past 100.
