I bought the eMachine ET 1810-01 at what I thought was a great price...maybe not. I have had the computer for 49 days and it just quit--it will not turn on. I was quite satisfied with it until then. Okay, well nothing's perfect, but my biggest complaint is the lack of service provided by eMachine. They make it VERY difficult to speak to a human, and the humans you speak to are not able to answer basic questions. Trying to reach a technician is even more difficult. I previously owned an eMachine with no problems, so I had not dealt with their customer (dis)service before. It looks as though I will spend HOURS getting this matter resolved, so I don't think this computer was such a bargain afterall.

This is very good for home office use. Should I expand my use I would expand the HDD size. All in all, a very solid, well performing product.
