First the picture quality and resolution is really nice for a 15" Digital Picture Frame. Know I did have to return it twice as the first two contained broken pixels on the screen which are annoying and something you don't expect from a new product. Amazon was great with the returns and had new ones at my door step by the next day. Also the first two units had beaten up frames. There is an important thing to know about the product description, the additional feature listed on Amazon don't exist. Specifically the Color adjustment function for adjusting Brightness, Contrast, Color and Tint does not exist. Also it does not contain an ability to set a turn ON and OFF at any time feature within the set-up menu. These were selling features to me and am very disappointed that they don't exist. There is however an additional feature that isn't listed and that is a WI-FI connection. The feature is slow but nice after you start to play the images from the source. I'd still recommend using an external memory card and I wouldn't recommend buying it for this added feature. Dial-up connection is faster than the WI-FI on this thing. I can't speak to the other functions to much as I haven't had time to play with them yet. The other draw back on this item is everything has to be run from the remote. There is no capability on the frame itself to maneuver through the menus. So if the remote dies or the sensor stops reading you're stuck with an expensive blue light with some icons in the middle. Bottom-line if you can get this thing on sale and are just looking for something to stick a memory card in and shuffle through in a slide show mode, this had great resolution and a wide viewing angle. Anything past that I'd recommend looking else were. I did read a lot of reviews before purchasing this one and the bottom-line I took away was there is a lack of production quality on these devise's and so far I tend to agree. I'm hoping it lasts at least a couple of years.

I chose this frame over other ones because the product description specifically said that one of the custom slide show options was "random picture shuffle". When I pulled it out of the box the first thing I noticed was the rempte control was completely different than the one that wa sshown on the box. When I tried to set my pictures to "random" I discovered that this feature DOESN'T actually exist. When I tried checking the instruction manual, I found that the menus and features that came up on the frame were completely different than what the manual showed. (The manual also required a magnifying glass to read and contained almost no information.) I tried calling the company's (Media Street) customer support number, which is not included with the product...I had to find it online. Unfortunately, all I could get was a recording saying I had to email them. One week later,I still have not heard back from them. I also bought an 8" HP brand frame which I am happy with. The bottom line: spend a few extra bucks on a reputable brand. It may cost a little more up front but at least you won't be stuck with a piece of crap like I am.

One of the best things I've ever spent my money on. Picture quality - Excellent. Resolution - Excellent. Size - Huge. Ease of use - Excellent.
Everyone that has seen this new frame sitting on my desk has remarked how amazing the photo's look on it. Three other people in my office have bought it now and are just as thrilled with it. I love the images in full screen, but there is a multi picture view where four photos are displayed at once and continue to cycle through the images that is another amazing way to display your photos. Video on the frame looks incredible and the sound quality is amazingly good also. Sound on the video is very clear and even music sounds much better than I expected. The remote works well and the navigation throught the menus is very easy to figure out even without the manual. The ability to set the frame to turn on and off at preset times is a very nice feature as well, since I am currently using it at work, so I can have it turn on only during my weekday/8-5 work shift. I am so happy with this purchase, I just ordered two more before I wrote this review. I highly recommend this product. Good job Amazon!

Pro's - everything about this frame, it has all the features you could want.

Con's - None.

The display is bright, the frame looks well made and the zoom on the remote is a really neat feature! On the down-side is the 90 day warranty, and the fact that the remote needs to be relatively close to the frame to do its thing. Also, the glass is not non-glare -and that can be a little annoying!
Overall, excellent value!

I have this unit just a week back (End Sep 2009), it worked well for 1 day. YES, ONE day only. Now, when I turn it on, only the 1st photo display, thereafter, it is blank screen all the way. The music still continues to blast in the background, but just no display. YES, it has been like this every time I turn it on.
Because I ordered from overseas, I have big problem returning it (will cost almost as much to do so), I am struck with this piece of rubbish...
I have done my home work and saw those bad reviews; I thought those seem to be older purchase, hope for the best, I took the risk to order... and it proved fetal..
DON'T follow my foot-steps; forget about this item.

Saved $$$ over a local purchase. Customer service is superb; had a problem with the original shipment and was replaced immediately at no additional charge. Replacement works exactly as it was described.

I ordered a New frame - NOT the refurb. like I recieved.

The power cord does NOT even fit properly - Which I a guessing is why it only turns on when it feels like it. And right now I cant even get it to turn on again (I have had it about 4 hours)

The Size- Your photo is - It is a 11" x 8.5" Diagonal 13.5" It is Not 15"

Keep in mind it takes an SD card NOT a SDHC card - just for refernce

Words cannot describe what an awful piece of junk this truly is...but I will try:
Firstly there is no 512mB internal memory. I don't know how they get away with adding this as a feature. The next thing I noticed was that the frame was exerting pressure (or the glass wasn't flat). Either way, there was some pressure on the screen that made the already inferior picture uneven.

The menus were not easy to navigate, and it was exceedingly difficult to upload pictures. Eventually we had to use our camera's SD card, and even that would only show some of the photos and videos (we couldn't work out why it would play some clips/photos and not others if they were in the same format)

In just under two weeks, the picture was jumping and there were lines on the screen.

This was a very poorly thought out and put together product. The instructions were written very badly, and were for entirely the wrong model.

How this inferior product made it onto Amazon I will never know. The fact that is is selling for just under $150 is an absolute joke! You would expect a lot more for that type of money.

Pros: Large screen, easy to setup, simple to use, universal power adapter (100V-240V).
Cons: a bit difficult to tune contrast and brightness to get the best viewing experience.

The frame is very nice and was easy to setup and use. My only complaint was there was no documentation to state what the maximum size card allowed was. We purchased the 4GB and it works just great. You can set up folders for your pictures and videos just as you would on your computer. We have enjoyed revisiting our memories daily. Well worth the money.
