That's it. There's really nothing else to say about it... it works, and totally worth the fourteen bucks.
Edit January 21, 2014: As the product is shown it would not hold a LED light and large monitor, but just spin it 90 degrees and it will. Just place one in front of the other.
I use these with a tripod light stand equipped with a base mount that supports a reflector umbrella shaft and hot shoe position - I mount the V-bracket to the hot shoe position and from there mount a 160 LED Video light on the higher mount aimed at the reflector for use as a modeling light and the other lower position for a High Power Canon Speed light Flash Unit E/W remote trigger or used in Canon Slave mode.
Works for me!
While the build quality could be a little more rugged, ultimately it's almost too heavy when I have two heavy mic or light accessories mounted, so if weight is a concern, go with a pricier carbon-fiber / kevlar / etc build. Furthermore, a more customizable bracket, maybe a flat one with multiple shoe mounts, would be better.
For the price, though, this is a real bargain, and I use mine a lot.

I needed a place for the camera and mic and solved my problem.Published 7 months ago by Herman Hall
Great to use a two flash setup, remember that it is a cold shoe, not a hot shoe. I had to create a workaround as I missed that somehow in the description.Published 16 months ago by L. Magane-Goyer
Cheap and poorly constructed, but what should I expect given the price.Published 16 months ago by YourReadingPlace
This product allows me to have the CN-160 and the Video Mic Pro mounted at the same time. Great!Published 16 months ago by Andre
