I was a skeptic about this whole LED high efficiency craze. On top of everything else, my wife had seen LED lamps and didn't like the light coloration and how it impacted the color of objects illuminated; her fear was that LED lighting in our home would cause the colors of objects to appear unnatural. Well, I couldn't be more pleased with this product! The fears I had about the angle of light coverage were put to rest quickly. The intensity of light (lumens) exceeded my expectation. And ... my wife is happy with the natural lighting and sees no negative impact on perceived coloration. Having said this, I'm ready to replace all my overhead recessed lights. Nice job, ecoBrites. You have accomplished what the high volume retail guys could not. Keep it up.

The lights work well, they look great, and the low wattage saves me money. I just hope they last about 10 years so I don't have to go back up the ladder anytime soon. The light color and brightness is exactly what I expected, and that is a more natural color that doesn't look too white or even blueish. I also wanted instant-on, and LED lights have that as well. I am very happy with this product and recommend them for anyone looking for an led spotlight.

I was looking to replace fluorescent tube type lighting in our kitchen. I really wanted to use LED lighting but felt the cost was prohibitive. After removing the old fixtures and installing 6 cans, I bought one 60 watt LED flood light from a local big box store for twice the cost of one of these bulbs. We were not impressed with the lighting as it was more of a spotlight than a floodlight. I found these bulbs on Amazon and decided to give them a try. Customer service from ecoBrites was outstanding. I received an email from Katie asking what fixtures I would be installing these in. I let her know and she replied that they would include the socket extenders with the order. Wow! After fast shipping we installed the bulbs in the recessed cans and tried them out. All bulbs lit and provided the lighting we were hoping to achieve. I definitely recommend this bulb and ecoBrites.

I have researched and tried various LED bulbs over the past 2 years. They were either too dim, overpriced, or both. I decided to give this light a try from ecoBrites. I got the natural white since I wanted a higher color temperature for an area in my retail store. I replaced some PAR38 bullbs that took a lot of energy. I am extremely pleased with these bulbs. They are bright and have a wide beam angle that gives nice illumination. I even had a customer recently tell me that they liked my lighting. So far, I have used 3 different types of LED lights from ecoBrites and have been pleased with each one. They provided fast and free shipping and even followed up with an email to ask me how I liked my purchase. So if you have been on the fence with LED's, look no further. EcoBrites even has dimmable versions at very reasonable prices. Their customer service and product quality are great! You will not be disappointed.

It failed very quickly. It was in an open fixture (no enclosure), and I did use the extender, so there was airflow all around. And it was only actually on for a total of maybe 6 or 8 hours.

While it was working, it was nice.

In all fairness, the seller issued an immediate refund, no hassle, so that was very nice.

One odd thing, when I bought it the cost was about $15, but now it's listed at $52. Not sure why the price changed so much.
