1. It's smooth, really smooth to the touch, my last case was a little rubbery and would pick up all the denim off my jeans, this one slips nicely into my pockets
2. It's really easy to put on and take off
3. It's thin! My last case felt bulky and make the phone feel huge which defeated the purpose of the slick iPhone 4
4. All chargers and aux cords seem to fit nicely into the ports. Some cases are designed to have too small of an opening and then some plugs can't fit into them.
5. The opening around the camera doesn't reflect light from the flash. My last case was made of shiny plastic there and when the flash went off it bounced all the light off the shiny part and made my pictures come out looking really bright and fuzzy.
6. It came quickly and in a nice eco wrapped case.

After trying a lot of slider cases for the iPhone 4S, I found that this to be the best. It is the slimmest case I have found that offers a decent amount of protection. It has the raised edge that protects the iPhone screen when placed face down. The material has a really nice soft rubbery feel to it, easy to hold. It does not collect lint like other rubbery backed cases. The case fits on the iPhone really well - not too snug but not too loose either. I have had cases (ie, CaseCrown Glider) that I returned because they were too snug - a one time install affair after which they could not be removed without damaging both the case and the phone. I have had cases where I could feel/hear the phone rattle in the case after installation (the Otterbox reflex is one such case). This one is just right. It sits in well, it protects well, and it doesn't add any bulk to the iPhone. Pretty damn close to perfect.

This is a great case! I was looking for a simple case that would protect it from drops and scratches. The minimalistic design of the Elago S4 Glide does just that. It barely adds any bulk or weight to your phone as well. I really appreciated how this case doesn't have flashy branding on it. The name Elago is barely visible on the back of the case, giving it a very smooth and professional appearance. The case works great for the iPhone 4 and the 4S on AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint due to full cutouts for the volume buttons and mute slider. The cutout for the headphone jack also leaves the top microphone uncovered, which is a nice touch. Many cases cover that up, reducing call quality since the iPhone uses that to reduce background noise such as wind or loud crowds. The edge of the case forms a lip around the screen about 2mm above the glass surface. This means that even if the phone falls face down on its glass screen on a solid surface such as tile or concrete, the cases plastic lip should protect it from shattering. All in all a great case, and I look forward to more cases by Elago for future Apple products.
