Emo will make you look at life differently. Which is not always a good thing. But he always makes you laugh. This album has consistently kept me laughing for decades. Despite the mention of a 'card catalog' at the library, this material is not dated, and it not only invites, but requires repeated listening.

Emo Philips may not be known to many today as his heyday was in the 80s, but his humor is still fresh, and this album is one of the most hilarious comedy albums ever made. I made the mistake of listening to this while driving to work one day and literally had to pull over because I was laughing so hard. His signature style is a mundane statement followed by a comic twist: "I wanted to wear my grandfather's tux to my prom. But after I finished digging him up..." This album is full of practically nonstop comedy gems that are as funny the 10th listening as the first.
