Are the episodes edited like in the whole bean?

In the Whole Bean, some scenes are cut, and in fact this is mentioned on reviews on its amazon site. I am wondering if they are full on this collection. As an example (borrowed from the other review) the scene where Bean guesses the weight of the turkey in the Christmas episode, or him fighting with an elderly couple over the chair at Harrods.
Thanks in advance.

Hold on to your old VHS tapes. These are the same edited versions of the episodes that have appeared on previous DVD compilations. Those scenes were actually added for the American market, but all of the A&E DVDs feature Rowan Atkinson's "preferred" versions, which is the same as what was originally broadcast in the UK.

Carl Sagan says:
Nonsense! How on Earth could you suggest that they filmed extra sequences for the US market?! No British show in the history of TV EVER had addition "American" scenes added. It is always - 100% of the time - the opposite. Either they are BBC shows without commercials and they have to be edited (even for PBS with their "sponsorships") to fit American TV or, like these, they are from British commercial TV but the Brits don't show as many commercials per half hour as the Americans so when these were mastered for NTSC (and for A&E), they were butchered to fit the 23 minute slots available on US TV and it is these masters that are tragically released over and over in the US market. Put another way: A&E DVDs feature butchered episodes that Atkinson is on the record as having been aghast at! And put another way, YOU COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG if you WORKED FOR the DVD DISTRIBUTION COMPANY YOURSELF!

So, is there a DVD set out that has all the episodes uncut?
