About the Author
Dian Shepperson Mills Cert .Ed. BA Dip. ION MA is a Clinical Nutritionist and the director of The Endometriosis and Fertility Clinic at London's The Hale Clinic. She lectures at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition, is a Trustee of the Charity The SHE Trust (Simply Holistic Endometriosis), an advisor to the International Endometriosis Association and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology. She has written many articles on endometriosis and fertility.

I got this book as soon as I found out it existed! I have the 1999 version, and I loved it, I took it wherever I went for reference. I haven't finished reading the new one yet, but it seems just as well done as the first, but with more information. I've been using the nutrition/supplement method for my endo and have seen a dramatic decrease in the amount of pain I experience, with some monthly cycles being totally pain free, with no medication. I also had chronic colitis at the start of the treatment, which has all but vanished. I've recommended the first book to many, for both overall health and fertility reasons, and I will definitely be recommending this one now. As a matter of fact, I bought two when I ordered it, one for a friend!

I read the first edition and I had to write a review (I never do) but in doing so, I could help others with this horrible disease. The information in this book changed my life completely. I have had two surgeries for endo and countless ob/gyn visits - I finally followed the book's nutritional advice and after 3-4 weeks, my pain disappeared. Not only that, 4 months later, I became pregnant and now I am a mother to a beautiful baby girl. My energy is 100 times better - I felt so helpless before but now I feel so empowered. I have never felt so healthy! Please read - there is hope for you!!!

I am not even finished reading this book but I am tearing through it and my eyes are opening wider with each page. I have the added honour of having met with Dian Shepperson Mills myself last week I have to say that I am confident that the combination of the book and the consultation will truly change my life.

She recommended a course of supplements that I began taking eight days ago, and I ALREADY feel better! I have been suffering from chronic endometriosis pain for YEARS.

Since following the advice of this lady, I already feel and see the difference in myself and I am confident that this new regime will give me my life, fertility and happiness back. I cannot emphasise enough how urgent and important it is for any woman suffering from this crippling disease to buy this book and if at all possible visit with this lady.

She told me herself that she gets in excess of three thousand emails each week from women looking for help, so that has to mean that there is a strong message in this book that we can all identify with. More than anything, this lady has in the past suffered from endo herself, so believe me, she knows what we are going through and she has managed to cure herself!

I managed to see her on a last minute cancellation in the Hale Clinic on Park Crescent in London, but I know she also practises in Sussex. There is plenty of information about her on the internet, so please check her out now! Allergies and inadequate nutrition related illness are at epidemic level as very recently announced in the UK on the news. Prince Charles is even advocating alternative therapies on the NHS system. So, it's official everyone, this is comething we can not ignore any longer!

Please, for your own sake, do read this book, sleep with it under your pillow, read it at lunchtime at work, while you are sitting on the bus on the way home, when your other half is watching footie on the TV. Do not put it down because it will change your life.
