This book contains a wide variety of meats and sauses in easy-to-follow directions. Thorough description of pasta types and what pasta matches to what type of sause. Excellent book!

Yes Folks, I think Betty Crocker is the all time best and most emancipated Women's writer. We need more recipes by women, and recipes about making Pasta are doubly important. This easy to use book instructs us how to appease our little starving children and hungry hubbies. New Pasta is a revolutionary book about that tasty member of the food group, and is guaranteed to satisfy all palates! Eat Pasta everyday! And with this book you CAN! Add cheese whiz to these recipes to create an even more enjoyable, rustic, and all american meal.
