I race at the a local level and have used much of this information to help my own program along. I passed it along to my crew members so they can be on the same page I am. We look forward to using more of the information in this book in the coming race season. I liked this book so much I read it twice already! I bought this book because I wanted to know more about NASCAR racing, and now that I read it all cover to cover, I feel like I can go out and win a race. This book totally exceeded my expectaions, and I recommend it for all NASCAR fans. If you are at all interested in racing, then I highly recommend this book. You will find everything a race fan could ever want to know. I found answers to questions I had about Stock car racing, and why they choose to do things that from my perspective, sometimes dont seem right, but always seem to work out ok.
