They stress the benefits of human growth hormone--HGH. Aging typically begins when the body's production of HGH starts falling off, and it has been shown clinically and experimentally that injections of HGH have helped aging people lose weight and increase muscle mass, regain lost strength and endurance, resharpen memory and visual acuity, restore sexual function, and even bring hair back where it had fled. Before reading this book, my knowledge of HGH was limited to heresay and small articles here and there. But it was enough to want to further my investigation into how this drug would help me. After purchasing and reading this book, I forwarded it to my physician, who them perscribed HGH for me. The benifits for me have been amazing! I have had no kidney stones in 4 months, my hair and nails are growing faster than when I was a teenager, and my obese body has changed the fat distribution, where I now have a waist, and the fat around my abdomine has decreased, and I haven't even really started the whole exercise and dieting routine yet. I have been reading the book over and over to learn more information and to formulate how others may benefit from it, and am looking forward to a follow up book with any new information and studies. Especially interesting is the research with HGH and Alzheimer's and Parkinsons... especially since I work with Alzheimer patient and their families......Keep the research going!!!

This book is an excellent information source to learn about the new possibilities of resetting the biological clock we all carry around with us. It's exciting to know there is something we can do to make a difference. When I first read this book, I was very skeptical about the many claims it makes for HGH.I tried a HGH releaser and have used it for 5 months. I am now lean and mean with a great deal of stamina. Thanks Dr. Katz.I tell people that I am now 60 years old going on l8.I am now trying a Homeopathic HGH. It also seems to work very well with none of the side effects that can be found with HGH.More importantly, I recommeneded this Homeopathic HGH to a friend who is obese and has diabetes. In two and a half weeks, he went from 327pounds to 305 pounds and reduced his waist size by 2 inches. He also reduced his blood sugar count by over 30 points without medication.Thanks Dr. Katz.The information in this book is going to change many people's lives.
