Middle Eastern food is fantastic. But how do you make these things.? It's not hard! This book taught me how to literally whip up a few favoraites and the secret to others.

I found a few treats i did not even know were to be had. And, after organizing a few easily found ingredients, I dazzle dinner guest regularly.
