Product Description
What they are, how to find them, and why you need them in your high-growth, low-risk portfolio. Founders of small-cap companies have always had two things in common: an unshakable vision for the future and a strong appetite for extraordinary growth. Share in that growth! How to Be a Small-Cap Investor outlines a systematic approach to small-cap investing that will help you determine which undiscovered stocks you should invest in--and just as important, which you should avoid.

Let concise, hands-on guide provide you with: step-by-step strategies to identify emerging industries--plus the companies within them that are poised to lead the charge; innovative, documented small-cap investing techniques you can use to profitably balance risk and return in your portfolio; cutting-edge industries and names of companies still trading at a fraction of their unrealized market potential.

2.0 out of 5 stars Feels out of date, June 6, 2003
By A Customer
It doesn't feel like the author has practical experience in small-cap investing (he's a professor), and a lot of material is just theory. Too much time is spent on the history and controversy of small-cap performance. The figures and diagrams are crude and at times hard to interpret. The facts may not be out of date, but the presentation is.
