I am a junior in college taking an online course in psychology. This was the recommended text for the course. The book along with the CD-Rom makes it easy to follow along. The subject matter is well written and covers the anatomy and functions of the brain and nervous system. Then moves onto behavior studies and why we are the way we are. If you are looking for a book to read on your own, to get a better understanding of the subject of psychology I recommend this book. It interesting to read and the interactive CR-Rom has many interesting tasks for you to try.
