5.0 out of 5 stars Well written and referenced...., January 1, 2005
I used this book for a CTUonline.edu class and have found it to be very well written. I am already familiar with how the e-commerce world works, but for those that are not, it does a great job of explaining just about everything. Plenty of website references and case studies so that you understand HOW businesses are implementing various e-commerce strategies.

2.0 out of 5 stars even back then it was not so relevant, December 1, 2008
By a reader (South America) - See all my reviews
This was the textbook for a course I took in college, so I had no choice in the pick.
It covers a lot of ground but enphais is perhaps not where it should be for a management book.
It is not easy to read, or rather to make sense of, though it is not really off the mark.

5.0 out of 5 stars Got me through class, August 24, 2008

I read this for a class. It was a good book, though outdated now after 4-5 years.

You could probably learn a lot from it, and pruchase it for very little money right now.
