This landscaping design workbook provides a step-by-step program called Lern scaping for the homeowner to design a landscape that will fit his or her personality, family needs, budget, and geographical constraints. This brief book contains a wealth of information provided in tables, charts, and diagrams. Topics include reducing costs by energy-conscious design; working with professionals in the field; and choosing plants by blooming time, color, and fragrance. Reusable color punchouts and layout grids provide the opportunity to visualize the landscape design. This book supplements the numerous guides to gardening and home landscaping. It is recommended for public libraries.
