I picked this book up completely by chance on the streets of NYC and it's absolutely my favorite cookbook! It was destroyed recently in a water leak and I thought I'd never find it again. I'm so glad I was able to find it on Amazon! Authentic Italian recipes, mouthwatering photos, descriptions and drawings of special Italian cooking utensils, ingredients and preparations and interesting Italian tidbits by the author. I highly recommend this book.
