5.0 out of 5 stars excellent reference on securities arbitration, April 11, 1999
By Richard Mayberry (McLean Virginia) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
As an attorney practicing securities arbitration before the NASD, I view David Robbins' desk reference without parallel - useful for all attorneys -- whether representing the customer or broker. Should be required reading for arbitrators, especially Chairpersons. Addresses key issues, such as, how to assess claims, standard discovery documents to request, opening statement, summations - from a prospective of where the rubber hits the road. Utility is in it comphrensiveness in addressing most common subjects areas.....with brevity. I recommend it to anyone interested in this exciting battleground where customers and brokers resolve their disputes!
