5.0 out of 5 stars An essential tool, November 27, 2000
By A Customer
The importance of keeping a log of your running activities can not be over stated. This is my fourth year of ordering this log book. In addition to the warm monthly essays, this log book contains pages to create bar graphs of your weekly mileage, pace charts, pages to record race times, and other great features. Start logging your miles - you'll be amazed at how this simple act will make you more committed to running and more focused on training in a planned way. Say good bye to aimless running.

5.0 out of 5 stars my daily diary, October 6, 2000
By Darlene (Essex, Ontario Canada) - See all my reviews
This is the third year I have used this log. I am not a runner, I am a walker. I white out the the word "runner" and put in "walker". I use this to log my miles each day, how I felt mentally and physically, and also things going on in my life that could affect my speed and outlook. The weekly inspirational statements and/or quotes are very uplifting. I so look forward to the monthly inspiration. I even ordered the 2001 before it went to print. I have looked back to years to see what the weather was like that day as well as how I felt. I keep a total miles each and year and it keeps climbing. I have been a serious walker for 14 years and hope to continue for many, many more. This log makes it a pleasure to write each day and I will purchase it until it is in print no longer. Thank you John Jerome.

5.0 out of 5 stars My daughters favorite, September 3, 2000
By A Customer
My Daughter started the year as an intermediate runner but through the use of this book has become quite enthusiastic. It is a great means of tracking running and developing an awareness of your historical running accomplishments.

Includes tips that help improve your running.
