About the Author
Libby Hughes is the author of numerous books for young readers, including biographies of Colin Powell, Margaret Thatcher, Benazir Bhutto, Tiger Woods, Nelson Mandela, Norman Schwarzkopf, Yitzhak Rabin, George W. Bush as well as historical books on West Point and Valley Forge. She edited Ginger Rogers? autobiography and has interviewed hundreds of celebrities for a chain of newspapers on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Ms. Hughes has lived in Africa and Asia, writing articles for major newspapers. She now resides between Cambridge and Cape Cod, reviewing theatre and opera for Cape Cod Today. Hughes also continues to write books, plays, and musicals.
