I trained under and worked for Dr. Kini for several years and contributed to this publication. Dr. Kini's methodical method of evaluating cellular material along with given clinical information is superb. This book is an excellent reference book for all aspects of pulmonary cytology including preparation methods that enhance the specimens being prepared for screening.

I prefer books with the atlas portions integrated within the text (hence 4 stars). As a practicing cytotechnologist I refer to this book whenever I encounter a challenging pulmonary case.
