Chapters include the electromagnetic spectrum, remote sensing at a distance and in the Ultraviolet, visible light, remote sensing in the reflected or near infrared, in the thermal or emitted infrared, passive microwave, multispectral, and social implications.

Copious photos, illustrations, diagrams, and footnotes, so you don't think all this is hooey.

Large softcover, 388 pp. Rare.
