About the Author
David Beadle specializes in illustrating birds of the Americas. He lives in Canada and has traveled extensively, studying bird migration in the Americas and in Great Britain and Southeast Asia.

Jon Curson has spent much of the last 10 years studying birds at observatories and in the field in the United States and Canada, and has taken several long research trips to Mexico and the tropics. He has contributed many articles on American warblers to ornithological journals and is a committee member of the Neotropical Bird Club.

David Quinn's illustrations have appeared in a wide variety of natural history publications. He was voted Bird Illustrator of the Year in 1987 by the journal British Birds.
