About the Author
Bob Funk is an associate professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he teaches a variety of acting and theatre-education classes. As an actor and director, he has worked professionally in New York and in regional theatres across the United States. In 1986, Bob adapted Sam Watkin's Civil War memoirs, Co. Aytch, into a one-man play, which he continues to perform in theatres around the country.
