From Library Journal
The authors' concept is a good one, and their book, designed to take advantage of the microwave rather than try to make it what it is not, succeeds far better than many more ambitious titles. They include flavorful, spirited recipes for quickly made snacks, sauces, and all courses of a meal--dishes that are straightforward and uncomplicated, but sophisticated enough to serve to company. Recommended.
