This book got me thinking about changes to make to our Firm. Very easy to read as it is written as a narrative.

At The Crossroads confirmed several things for me: 1) The old way of "eat what you kill" is outmoded; 2) the Firm needs to be operated as a business no different than other for profit businesses; and 3) this can be done.

I am going to have the opportunity to meet Gale Crosley at the msi International Meeting in October 2009 in Toronto and hope to learn more from her then.
