It's been nearly a decade since Bruce wrote his first book, Relax, You're Already Perfect. I loved that book and I love Energy Leadership even more. It was definitely worth the wait. I've already seen the power of this coaching process in my personal life, and was hoping that the book did justice to it, and it does. It is a wonderful story, fun to read, and offers a ton of valuable information.

The thing I like most about it, though, is that I can see how people from varying levels of awareness will each get a message just for them. There are many obvious "gems" and countless others that are woven throughout the text that may not be easily recognized at first. I think that's brilliant, as the book meets people exactly where they are, and then, when they read it again, they'll see more messages, and the cycle will continue.

I recommend this book to everyone. Don't be fooled by the title, as it's not just for the workplace. Energy Leadership offers a way of life.

Throughout my education, including my MBA, teachers used case studies to demonstrate how visionaries and leaders transformed their small organizations into successful businesses, or failed to recognize their weaknesses that led to the downfall of their corporation. Energy Leadership not only provides this standard perspective, but provides insight into how any entrepreneur can motivate themselves to become the best possible leader.

I use this knowledge every day while running my own company, and in all of my personal relationships.

This very thought provoking resource is extraordinary! It was unique and enlightening as it opened my eyes to the seven levels of energy and how we function within those levels. More importantly, it supported me in understanding and recognizing the Big Four Energy Blocks in myself and others, as well as strategies for overcoming the blocks successfully.
The understanding of necessary actions that anyone can use to propel them forward towards maximum performance, improved leadership and true win, win scenarios were transforming both for self, daily life and the work place.
A true brilliant work.
