"Buying A Home When You're Single" is an excellent way of putting all the fears of home buying in the past. Donna Albrecht describes true to life expierences, from singles that have purchased homes in the last decade. The author walks you through all the steps of searching for a home, getting prequalifed, finding an agent, and struggling through escrow. The home buying process is described in a clear and concise manner that everyone can understand. You will not be bumbarded with confusing real estate jargen that will discourge you from buying a home. On the contrary, it will provide you with all the necessary tools you will need to puchase a home.

i praise any book written about real estate, as it can be a difficult process at times. However, this book is about buying a home, and really has nothing to do with being single. It doesn't really matter if one, two or three people are buying a home...the process is still the same!
