"The section I think is most important is the "Therapeutic Process," as it really demonstrates the process from the perspective of both the client and the therapist. Additionally, this aspect is unique to this text. And these sections answer students' questions about how this approach really looks and feels in the therapy room. The multicultural perspective is particularly relevant for the diverse population that Florida International University trains, as diversity issues will surely arise for future counselors working with populations we have in our area."
