This cookbook is great for those of us who have limited time to cook. The recipes are "quick and easy." Also, the book contains recipes for foods you actually want to try. Most of the ingredients required for the recipes, you probably already have.

This book goes hand-in-hand with Campbell's Simply Delicious Recipes book (they don't overlap much). My 7-year-old and I were marking recipes that we can't wait to try as soon as we got home with it.

I am a non-cooker, but with the variety of recipes and the ease with which they are prepared, I've fooled a lot of people. This is a great book! I've ordered several as gifts.
