About the Author
MARLENE RUSSELL LOVEJOY grew up in McDonough, Georgia and earned her B.S. in education at Georgia Southern College. Her unique work experience includes airline hostess, teacher, bank teller, elderly caregiver, and assistant librarian. During her college summers she worked for a beach ministry, and studied and hitchiked in Spain. She is best known for her quick wit, friendliness and compassion. Her positive attitude stems from her continual prayer life and deep faith in Christ. Mrs. Lovejoy works as an admissions specialist at a small university and lives in the country with her husband, Ben. The author enjoys traveling, gardening, writing and spending time with her family and friends.
