Product Description

Fired! Elizabeth Wakefield has been booted from her magazine internship--for stealing an idea she thought up in the first place! With the help of her twin sister, Elizabeth sets out to prove she was framed. Her snooping leads her into terrible danger when the glittering world of fashion publishing takes a dark and nasty turn.

Jessica Wakefield is in a major quandary. Dating fashion photographer Quentin Berg has been an exciting whirlwind of glamorous late-night parties. He knows all the right people. But Quentin isn't all he's cracked up to be--in fact, he's a shallow, stuck-up creep. It's Cameron Smith--a guy from the magazine's mailroom--who's got real class. Do nice guys really finish last?

3.0 out of 5 stars eNJOY!, August 5, 2001
By Linda Maree Rowe (my place where there are a hundred teddybears) - See all my reviews
This is part of a mini series in which the popular twins get to work on a fashion magazine. Elizabeth has aa wonderful idea for the zine and proposes it to the editor, whom she admires madly, but the editor(Leona)tells her it is ridiculous! Poor Elizabeth feels very small and wishes she had never spoken. It soon turns out that Leona LOVED the idea and has plans for making it her OWN!!But when Elizabeth retaliates, her life may be in danger.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent suspense and action!, June 18, 1999
By A Customer
The final book of this miniseries is a fitting conclusion to an imaginative storyline. The author uses descriptive language brilliantly and continues the suspense throughout the book. A brilliant book!
