"Across the Political Spectrum: Oklahoma Women in Politics" gives a fascinating and well researched account of the activities of Oklahoma women of all political persuasions, from socialists to Klanswomen, during the years leading up to statehood and the two decades that followed. Suzanne Schrems' writing style is lively and accessible. This book will appeal to historian and history buff alike, and is a must-read for anyone interested in Oklahoma History.
