About the Author
The writer is a graduate of the University of Houston, Houston, TX, with a degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in mathematics. He went on to complete a graduate degree, obtaining a jurist doctorate in law. Prior to moving to Washington he was in private practice, working as an advocate for children in Chester County, PA.
