This book provided an introduction to a world my wife has urged me to visit and I've resisted. Now I've found a range of perspectives from authors with diverse backgrounds and yet all extolling the same valuable tools: inner reflection, positive attitude and practical tools to set and accomplish goals.

I found it useful and powerful - I can revisit this book time after time to reinforce and reuse the techniques it describes.

A great introduction to just how powerful and practical coaching can be.
