About the Author
Joe Tip Thomas interest in writing began in the United States Air Force. The training and experience as an Administrative Specialist enhanced his skills and interest in writing. The writing experience continued as a Chicago Police Officer, an Entrepreneur, and Child Protection Investigator for the Department of Children and Families Services.
