Product Description

Every day we are bombarded with new technology products that are confusing and difficult to use. For example, the new touch-screen voting machines in Florida are so difficult to use that some elections have been nullified due to all of the errors voters made while using the machines. There has to be a way to make things easy-to-use.

There is—and it is found inside the covers of this book.

4.0 out of 5 stars no chapter on analysis, November 26, 2007
It is very handy and easy to find what you want to know. But, each chapter is kept very short and compact, if you want to know the topic in depth, you have to refer other books. So, I recommend this book for beginners and others' quick check use. Also, there is no chapter on how to analyze the data got from UT, which I really wanted to know.
