About the Author
The author, an astronautics MS from Cranfield University, England and a retired rocket scientist spent several years analyzing the biochemistry and nutritional aspects of obesity. He leads a carefree "Marshall Plan" lifestyle in Southern California with his wife who has tolerated and cared for him for more than fifty years.
