What a refreshing and remarkable anthology on how to garner consumer attention, generate qualified leads and maintain customer loyalty. I read this book from cover to cover as it flawlessly provided me with a host of direct marketing solutions that I had long been trying to create for my business. The book goes beyond marketing into customer service, retention, and recurring sales. I believe it dovetails seamlessly into the infrastructure needed to support and ongoing integrated marketing strategy. Definitely, a must read for those who need to acquire more of the right customers and retain them long after the initial sale.
