Valeria has been an astrologer for 30 years, helping friends and clients with real-life questions regarding job changes, relationships, education, and how to work more effectively with others. She uses astrology to guide others toward knowing themselves better and making decisions to their best advantage. In this self-help book, Valeria describes six stages of decision-making: approaching the problem, questioning, strategizing, negotiating, bonding with others, and building a future. For each stage, she describes the most comfortable direction for each of the 12 zodiacal signs, as well as how to relate optimally to people of all other signs. Valeria's work is ambitious, yet it disappoints. Her practical approach fails because her prescriptions for working with others are overly broad and vague. They appear to apply to anybody in any sign, which will frustrate students of astrology. Not recommended.?Marija Sanderling, Rochester

I find her ideas are invaluable to understanding and making life's everyday decisions, arming the reader with the knowledge and - more importantly - the confidence to make important choices. This is one book I wouldn't be without!

I am delighted of seeing her very unique perception of astrology finally available to readers. I am looking forward to using it as a companion in my everyday life. I have always read my horoscope in newspapers and magazines and have been curious about astrology and my sign but never wanted to buy a really serious book on the topic. ASTROLOGICAL INTELLIGENCE is really practical and easy to use. I refer to it all the time--when I deal with my friends, my colleagues--whomever. It's like a secret advantage, especially when I know the sign of the person I am dealing with. (The system in the book is also really helpful with relationships!) The book also has a sense of humor, which is key. I am going to buy this book for all of my friends' birthdays this year.
