About the Author
Ed and Dave are two seasoned Creative Directors who own and operate a thriving advertising agency (BrandStreet LLC) in Montclair, NJ. Both have achieved success by interpreting commercial messages with child-like clarity and enthusiasm — Ed through the written word, Dave through art and design. Both have also had a life-long relationship with art for art’s sake — Ed as a creative writer, songwriter, and guitar player, Dave as a sketcher and pianist.
Having grown up on Dr. Seuss, Ed wrote his first rhyme at the age of six, and has never paused in his pursuit of the lyrical phrase. Dave first experimented with his highly detailed illustrative style at an equally tender age.
With this book, two seasoned artists offer children everywhere a taste of the creative spirit that has captivated and sustained them since they themselves were children. And that’s only beginning. Ed and Dave are already hard at work on the next of many children’s books to come.
