She has competed in all realms of English and Western Riding. For the last 10 years she has trained horses, judged events and is currently instructing both children and adults in the proper handling and training of horses, as well as teaching techniques required to be successful in the show arena. She owns and operates Pinon Acres Appaloosas in Southern Colorado. Michelle competes in Appaloosa breed shows and her students and girl's compete in 4-H shows. Her mission is to help parents and kids grow with their horse in a safe manner. The more we learn and pass on to you, the horse enthusiasts, the better the chance that there is one less accident.
