For the groundbreaking work accomplished by Taylor, his partner Tania Rodger, and their team at Weta, Taylor won two Oscars and two British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards - for Best Visual Effects and Best Makeup, and received both BAFTA and Oscar nominations for Costume Design as well as numerous other awards and accolades.
